When you just wanted to slap everyone around you upside the head? When you just wondered why, oh why, didn't you become a hermit after graduating high school?

Of course you have. Everyone has! In fact, it seems like I have those days quite often. The other day, which was "one of those days", it got so bad that I decided enough was enough! I was going to get away from everyone and finally live my dream!

You see, I have this weird dream of one day buying an island. Not only would I live in relative peace and harmony on my brand new island, I would also declare it to be my own nation. While trying to avoid wars from much larger nations and dodging pirates, I would begin my selection process for exactly who was allowed to live on my island. The people that I select will be useful, hardworking, and most importantly non-idiots.

Well, this dream obviously isn't going to happen any time soon. I know this. 

But, wait! This is where Cyber Nations comes in!

Cyber Nations is an online nation simulation game that allows you to create your own nation and make all the decisions. You can become a democracy or a tyranny, for instance. You can set the tax rate low for your citizens and keep them happy, or you can jack it up and piss them off! You also get to make decisions on foreign matters, choose your nation location, and even declare war on neighboring countries if you get bored. I really wouldn't recommend that until you get a military though...

Most days, the average person won't spend more than a few minutes on Cyber Nations, doing things like collecting taxes and paying bills. I can see how someone might get addicted to this game, though. It can make one feel POWERFUL and like the KING (or QUEEN) of the world! No, really - you can be a King or Queen if you want...

Ah, the stickman. So simple, yet so complex!

My stickman and I have been through adventure after adventure. We've laughed together, we've cried together, and we've even had our fair share of fights. There's even been times when I've given my poor stickman a nasty dose of my terrible temper. 

Of course, Mr. Stickman always comes back for more, no matter what I throw his way.

Phew! We were lucky to get out alive, I tell ya!
