Procrastination Station LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "the Facility") respects the privacy of our members and website visitors. We are committed to transparency and to handling your information responsibly. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We never have and we never will.

Account and Identity Information: Full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and emergency contact information, collected during membership registration.

Payment and Billing Information: Credit card number, debit card number, billing address, and other payment details necessary to process membership fees, class fees, and other transactions. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store complete credit card or debit card numbers on our own systems.

Agreement and Consent Records: Records of your electronic acceptance of the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, Indemnity Agreement, and Code of Conduct, including your initials, timestamps, IP addresses, and the version of each document you accepted.

Facility Usage Information: Records of when you access the Facility, which equipment or resources you use or reserve, class and workshop enrollment and attendance, and any training or certification records.

Communications: Emails, messages, support requests, feedback, and other communications you send to us or that we send to you.

Photos and Media: Photographs, video recordings, or other media captured at the Facility, as described in the agreements you accepted during registration.

Technical Information: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and other standard web analytics data.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information solely for the following purposes:

To create, manage, and maintain your membership account;
To process payments, fees, and billing through our payment processors;
To communicate with you about your membership, account status, scheduling, Facility announcements, policy updates, and safety notices;
To verify your identity and membership status for Facility access;
To maintain records of your agreement acceptance for legal and insurance purposes;
To track equipment usage, training certifications, and class enrollment;
To contact your designated emergency contact in the event of a medical emergency at the Facility;
To respond to your questions, support requests, and feedback;
To enforce our agreements, Code of Conduct, and Facility policies;
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations;
To protect the safety, rights, and property of the Facility, our members, and the public; and
To improve our services, Facility operations, and member experience.

We do not use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above. We do not use your information to build marketing profiles, serve targeted advertising, or conduct data mining.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share your personal information only with third-party service providers that are necessary to operate our business and provide services to you. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the specific services they provide to us and to protect your information in accordance with applicable law. We currently use the following categories of third-party service providers:

Payment Processing: We use Stripe to process membership payments and transactions. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We do not store your complete payment card information on our systems.

3D Printing Services: We use SimplyPrint to manage 3D printing operations at the Facility. Information shared with SimplyPrint is limited to what is necessary to operate and manage print jobs and equipment.

Website and Hosting Services: We use third-party providers to host our website and manage our online presence. These providers may have access to technical information collected through the website.

Email and Communication Services: We may use third-party email or messaging platforms to communicate with members. These providers process your contact information solely to deliver our communications to you.

Accounting and Business Administration: We may share billing and payment records with accounting software providers or professional advisors as necessary for tax preparation, financial reporting, and legal compliance.

We may add, change, or replace third-party service providers from time to time as our business needs evolve. Any new providers will be held to the same standard: they will receive only the information necessary to perform their specific service, and they will be prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of the Facility, our members, or the public.

5. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, health or medical records, or any categories of sensitive personal information beyond what is described in this policy.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain accurate business records. Specifically:

Account and identity information is retained for the duration of your membership and for a period of at least five (5) years following the termination or expiration of your membership.
Agreement acceptance records (including initials, timestamps, IP addresses, and document versions) are retained indefinitely, as these records may be needed to establish the terms agreed to in the event of a legal dispute.
Payment and billing records are retained for a period of at least seven (7) years following the transaction date, in accordance with applicable tax and financial recordkeeping requirements.
Communications and support records are retained for a period of at least three (3) years following the date of the communication.
Technical website data is retained in accordance with our analytics providers' standard retention schedules.

7. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and destruction. These measures include the use of encrypted connections for data transmission, restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, secure storage of agreement acceptance records, and the use of reputable third-party service providers with their own security practices.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
