THIS DOCUMENT OUTLINES ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH MEMBERSHIP AND USE OF THE FACILITY
1. PURPOSE
This Schedule of Fees establishes the fee structure for membership, services, and policy enforcement at Procrastination Station LLC ("the Facility"). All fees listed in this document are subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes to this Schedule of Fees through the Facility's designated communication channels. Continued use of the Facility after notification of fee changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are based on the membership tier selected at the time of registration. The specific monthly or annual rate for each membership tier is presented during the membership selection process and is incorporated into this Schedule of Fees by reference. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle associated with your selected membership tier. Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of Facility access until the balance is resolved.
3. NEW MEMBER ONBOARDING FEE
A one-time New Member Onboarding Fee of $100.00 applies to all new members. This fee covers orientation, initial safety training, Facility familiarization, and administrative setup costs.
Waiver Conditions: The Onboarding Fee will be waived upon successful completion of the probationary period, defined as follows:
If a member cancels their membership voluntarily or if their membership is terminated with cause before the applicable probationary period is complete, the full $100.00 Onboarding Fee will be charged to the member's payment method on file.
Returning Members: This Onboarding Fee applies to first-time members and to any returning member whose membership has been inactive for more than four (4) months since their last active membership month. Returning members subject to the Onboarding Fee must complete the probationary period again under the same terms.
4. EQUIPMENT AND RESOURCE USAGE FEES
Certain equipment, materials, and resources at the Facility may carry additional usage fees beyond the base membership rate. These fees will be clearly posted at the relevant equipment or resource station and/or communicated to members prior to use. Equipment and resource usage fees are subject to change and will be updated on posted signage and in the Facility's communication channels as needed.
5. CLASS AND WORKSHOP FEES
Classes, workshops, and special events may carry additional fees beyond the base membership rate. These fees will be listed at the time of registration for the specific class or event. Class and workshop fees are due at the time of enrollment. Cancellation and refund policies for classes and workshops will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATION FEES
The following fees may be assessed for violations of the Procrastination Station LLC Code of Conduct. These fees are intended to ensure accountability and to cover the costs incurred by the Facility when members fail to meet their obligations. All violation fees will be charged to the member's payment method on file. Repeated violations may result in escalating fees, suspension, or termination of membership in addition to any fees assessed.
6.1 Cleaning Fee
Members are expected to leave every workspace, tool, and common area in equal or better condition than they found it, as outlined in the Code of Conduct. If a member fails to clean up after themselves and Facility staff or another member must clean the workspace on their behalf, the following fees apply:
Standard Fee: $20.00
The Facility reserves the right to assess higher cleaning fees if the cleanup requires specialized disposal of hazardous materials, significant staff time, or professional cleaning services. In such cases, the member will be charged the actual cost incurred by the Facility.
6.2 Parking Violation Fee
Members are expected to park in designated areas and to follow all posted parking rules at the Facility. Violations include but are not limited to parking in non-designated areas, blocking access for other members or neighboring businesses, taking up multiple spaces, and leaving vehicles at the Facility outside of permitted hours. The following fees apply:
Standard Fee: $20.00
The facility reserves the right to assess higher parking fees if there are continued infractions that interfere with the facilities landlord, neighbors, or other parties.
6.3 Other Code of Conduct Violation Fees
The Facility reserves the right to assess reasonable fees for other Code of Conduct violations that result in a direct cost to the Facility, including but not limited to unauthorized use of materials or supplies, failure to follow posted equipment procedures resulting in damage, propping open secured doors or compromising Facility security, and misuse of shared resources. These fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will reflect the actual cost incurred by the Facility.
7. EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY DAMAGE
7.1 Intentional Damage or Theft
Any member who intentionally damages, destroys, defaces, or steals Facility property, equipment, tools, materials, or the property of another member will be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s) at current market value, including shipping, installation, and any associated labor costs. Intentional damage or theft will also result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may be reported to law enforcement. The member's indemnification obligations under the Indemnity Agreement apply in full.
7.2 Accidental Damage
Accidental damage to Facility property, equipment, tools, or materials will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the owner or designated employees. Factors considered in the assessment include the nature and extent of the damage, whether the member was following all applicable safety rules and operating procedures at the time of the incident, the member's training and experience level with the equipment involved, whether the damage resulted from a known equipment issue or defect, and the member's history of equipment care and conduct at the Facility.
Depending on the assessment, the member may be responsible for no cost, a partial cost, or the full replacement or repair cost of the damaged item. The Facility will communicate the assessment and any associated charges to the member in writing. The goal of this policy is to be fair. Accidents happen in a workshop environment, and the Facility recognizes that not all damage is the result of carelessness. However, members are expected to exercise reasonable care at all times and to operate equipment only in accordance with their training and skill level.
8. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Returned payment / insufficient funds: $25.00 per occurrence
Late payment (assessed if balance is not resolved within 7 days of failed payment): $15.00
9. PAYMENT TERMS
All fees described in this Schedule of Fees are due upon assessment unless otherwise stated. Fees will be charged to the member's payment method on file. If the payment method on file is declined, the member will be notified and will have seven (7) days to resolve the balance before late fees are assessed and Facility access is suspended.
Members who dispute a fee must raise the dispute with the owner or a designated employee within fourteen (14) days of the charge. The owner or designated employees have final authority over fee disputes, consistent with the dispute resolution process outlined in the Code of Conduct.
10. CHANGES TO THIS SCHEDULE OF FEES
The Facility reserves the right to modify this Schedule of Fees at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through the Facility's designated communication channels. The updated Schedule of Fees will include a new version number and effective date. Continued membership and use of the Facility after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
